Why are you proposing a new company name?
Nyfosa has recently updated its strategy and clarified the company’s direction. It remains the same company, with the same core business, but with a sharper positioning moving forward, guided by our three prioritized focus areas: Improve operational efficiency, Reduce complexity, and Optimize capital allocation.
Changing the name is therefore a natural step to ensure that our external identity aligns with our strategic development – and marks that we are now taking the next step by updating how we present ourselves to the market.
In short, we are inspired by our heritage, but driven by our future.
The name change is to be resolved at the Annual General Meeting on May 5.
What does Altra mean?
Altra is inspired by the Italian word for “other” or “another,” and Altra Fastigheter is based on the belief that we must always dare to explore alternatives – based on the belief if that this is how truly great decisions are made.
Through a structured and curious approach to each property and investment, we create stronger values over time and better places to be and operate in.
Will the name change affect the stock, ticker, or anything else on the stock exchange?
Yes, this will involve some practical adjustments, such as changes to the short name and ticker, which will be communicated.
For our shareholders, no further actions or changes are required.
When will the name change be completed?
The first step is for the Annual General Meeting to resolve whether the shareholders want to proceed with the name change proposal. After that, a formal process will begin to change the name, and we will follow up through our usual communication channels with our stakeholders.
Do I, as a shareholder, need to do anything?
No, as a shareholder, you do not need to take any action regarding the name change proposal.
